Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do when using KillerCopy. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use KillerCopy to generate content for:

• Bulk spam: mass unsolicited email campaigns, SMS spam, or automated robocalls
• Deceptive advertising: false claims, fake testimonials, fabricated earnings statements, or misleading before/after comparisons
• Illegal products: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any product illegal in the target jurisdiction
• Fraud: phishing, identity theft, investment scams, or pyramid schemes
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand, or company without authorization
• Hate content: content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred against protected groups
• Malicious content: malware distribution, exploit kits, or social engineering attacks
• Adult content: pornography or sexually explicit material (the Service is not designed for this)

Prohibited Technical Actions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Scraping or automated data extraction from the Service
• Sharing account credentials between multiple users
• Bypassing rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
• Using the Service to train competing AI models
• Deploying malicious code through the Page Designer or Vercel deployment feature

Enforcement

We monitor for violations through automated systems and user reports. When a violation is detected:

• First offense: warning email with 7 days to correct the issue
• Second offense: 30-day account suspension
• Severe violations: immediate permanent ban without notice

Suspended users may appeal by contacting support@killercopy.app.

Reporting Violations

If you believe a KillerCopy user is violating this policy, report it to abuse@killercopy.app. Include the user's email, the content in question, and a brief description of the violation.
