1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using KillerCopy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KillerCopy is an AI-powered copywriting platform that generates marketing content including sales letters, email sequences, social media posts, and other promotional materials. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with three tiers: Starter, Pro, and Agency.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Contact support within 14 days of the charge.
• Price changes require 30 days notice via email. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Failed payments trigger a 3-day grace period. After that, access is suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities. Key restrictions include:

• No bulk spam campaigns or unsolicited mass email
• No deceptive or fraudulent advertising
• No promotion of illegal products or services
• No impersonation of other persons or brands
• No reverse engineering or scraping of the Service

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Data Handling

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you submit and all content generated through the Service. You may export your data at any time from Settings, and you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by KillerCopy is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing. KillerCopy is not liable for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion from Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Suspended users will be notified by email with the reason for suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

KillerCopy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KillerCopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes require 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is 1.0.
